White-label assistance
Your brand in front. Our execution behind it.
You decide what the driver sees: the domain, the logo, the colour, the language and the wording. FastAssist24 runs the intervention chain — assignment, follow-up, case record and settlement according to the contract parameters.

Configuration depth
Nine settings define your programme
A white-label programme is not a coat of paint over an existing page. It is a separate environment with its own settings, its own communication, its own reporting and its own contract parameters. This is what is fixed per organisation.
Brand identity
A logo in PNG, JPG or SVG up to 2 MB and one primary brand colour in hex format. Both are applied to the customer flow and to the reports.

Own domain and access points
The help entry point runs on a fixed platform URL or on your own domain name. QR codes and stickers can be generated per vehicle as a physical access point.

Customer communication
Headline, subheadline, button text and help text are written by you, per language. You choose between a multilingual page or a single default language, and whether the link to your service agreement is visible.

Tenant configuration
Your organisation is a separate environment with its own users and roles. Administrators and users are created, activated or deactivated within it.

Provider policy
Assignment of the executing partner is carried out by FastAssist24, based on the configured programme rules. The assigned provider is visible in the case record of every intervention.
