PLATFORM

The execution layer between the call and the invoice

The platform does four things: it orchestrates the intervention, monitors execution, records every decision and prepares settlement. Those four layers work on the same case — not as four separate systems reconciled after the fact.

PLATFORM

Four layers, one execution chain

Orchestration
Intake of the call, matching on location and capacity, dispatch to the provider and an acceptance window that counts down instead of waiting.
Monitoring
SLA monitoring per case, detection of deviations during execution and automatic reassignment as soon as an acceptance window expires.
Governance
Roles and rights per user, an audit trail per action and separation of data per tenant.
Settlement
The case is built during the intervention, tariff logic follows the contract and the output is ready for invoicing instead of reconstructed afterwards.

One case, four layers

The four layers share the same case state. What orchestration records is what settlement uses. There is no handover between systems and therefore no point at which data has to be entered again.

WHITE-LABEL

Execution under your own brand

White-label is not a coat of paint over the platform. It is how a tenant is configured: your brand, your domain, your communication and your provider policy, running on the same engine as every other environment.

  • Your own brand identity in the interface and in the communication to your customer.
  • Your own domain for the environment your customer sees.
  • Your own customer communication: sender, tone and timing of every message.
  • Your own provider policy: which providers, in which order, under which conditions.
  • Tenant configuration: roles, rights, regions and service hours per environment.
  • Reporting and invoicing configuration per tenant.

FastAssist24 runs the dispatch logic, the provider connection and the case build in the background. Your customer sees your brand; execution stays with us.
